I worked at Hawthorne Machinery full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you like to work alot this is for you. If your looking to have a home life forget about it.

    Cons

Low pay, good ole boy club, very surprising to me the rate of 20 dollars an hour to drive lowbed and haul around million dollar equipment.

    Advice to Management

None that will be listened too

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hawthorne Machinery (San Diego, CA) in June 2015.

    Interview

It started off with me and the product support general manager, then the vice president joined the interview part of the way through. They went over a brief overview of the company, asked some questions about me, then reviewed my resume.
