    Pros

Learned so much! The team I worked for was a great team and worked hard together as a team. Great projects that were never dull and very challenging at times. Never bored and never dull! Kept busy with new and interesting work which was wonderful!

    Cons

Sexist environment which wasn't a surprise being it's mostly males. But it is Denver which is known for it's immature sexist misogynistic culture. Of course for the exception of a couple people who tried to take on the role of manager and wasted so much company time and resources being immature tattle tails. It's a shame that management let them bring their unprofessional-ism to our office but management didn't care.

    Advice to Management

Weed out those who waste time and resources and bring down the department. Realizing they have totaling manipulated you shows you don't know what's really going on in your department and will never takes necessary steps to correct it...

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Health Language (Denver, CO) in July 2015.

    Interview

It was thorough and very well presented. I especially liked the thoroughness of the panel interviews and their overall questions were geared to what challenges and where the candidate can bring value and very specifically what they didn't want in a candidate. It is a nice building located in the heart of DTC.
