    Pros

    Onsite Fitness Classes, great culture, flexible work day, inspiring mission, data driven, on gym memberships via Prime, great work/life balance, and decent opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

    Expensive benefits, constant change, bonuses are rare.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keepin on! Please keep the twice a year meetings to keep us in the loop. Try to have a continuing education for colleagues on all solutions and how they are evolving.

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Healthways.

    Interview

    I was contacted by management via phone for an interview to be conducted in the future. The interview was scheduled for a few days afterwards on the phone. One manager asked a serious of pre-determined questions. You were allowed to ask to repeat the question, or to provide a further explanation. Most questions were customer-service oriented, and a few about wellness coaching. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and they allowed for time at the end for questioning.
