I worked at Healthways full-time (more than a year)Pros
Unbelievable vacation time and benefits including fitness classes on site at lunch, and a free gym membership right down the road. I've never had so much vacation time in my life!Cons
To be fair, the leadership I was under is no longer in place. That being said, the leadership at the Chandler office generally seemed to be a bit high-maintenance and high-drama. If you can fly under the radar and avoid the drama, it's a great place to work!RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Healthways in December 2014.Interview Details
Applied online and heard back within a few days requesting a screening call. Screening call went well and recruiter indicated I would move to the next level.
Questions during the interview were appropriate for the position. There was a focus on basic skills, client management, team management and development, experience working with large complex clients.
Followed up but near heard back from the recruiter or the company. Disappointed at the lack of follow up after a very positive initial experience.Interview Questions
