I have been working at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center full-time (Less than a year)
The company has great values that I enjoy in my everyday life, they worked very close with the community. They always treated there employees with respect.
The phone system was not very good, we got a lot of complains from the patients that they could never get anyone to answer there call or to even call them back when they left messages.
Advice to Management
To be more aware that the amount of patients is way greater then the amount of employees working the switch board.
