    Pros

The best reason to work for HeartShare is that professionals help individuals and families to learn to live productive lives.

    Cons

The downsize of HeartShare is that the company is so large that the administrators and managers lose their mission to focus on the individuals and families who need help in learning to uplift the quality of their lives. The focus is more on how to make sure paper work is in order to please the funding source. The clients then lose out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should interview clients to learn if the programs are working to improve the quality of their lives. In addition, management should read the funding reports and compare it to the client interview for clarity.
