Opportunity for advancement is good, but you just need to keep your head down and do your job.
Too much red tape to get things done. Too many people involved in the most mundane decisions.
Advice to Management
You hire employees to do a job, you pay them a salary, so let them do the job. If they do not perform educate or advise them in the way you want it done. Do not hang over their shoulders or have them call for permission on each decision each day.
