    Pros

Very safe but fun environment. The fast paced work made the day go by quickly and the pay was great.

    Cons

Very hot in the summer time and the physical labor becomes a little strenuous at times.

    Advice to Management

Previous management was great, a little hard on me but it made me a better worker. Not sure about current management. However, the management that was there that laid me off was an off-putting, insincere person who didn't care about his workers one bit.
