    Pros

    There generally is a fairly strong career path for those with aspirations. Pittsburgh location is really good if you like working in the city. If you're entering from the outside, they will likely be aggressive with pay (at an exempt status, not hourly). Since the company is so large, it is difficult to generalize beyond those features. I really

    Cons

    The company is facing its largest challenge ever, and is very heavily leveraged into western Pennsylvania. The management seems committed to getting past it, but it likely will be a tough challenge and there will be some jobs lost along the way (beyond the normal corporate "right sizing")

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The cultural changes need to start at the roots of your tree, not the leaves and branches. Focus on changing them rather than speaking of the change in general - invest in training and customer enhancements to drive it forward.

    Applied on line. Received invitation to take assessment/skills test. Completed in-person interview. The hiring manager was very nice and knowledgeable about the organization. The questions were pertinent to the duties / hours of the position.
