    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Hilcorp Energy (Austin, TX) in February 2015.

    Interview

The process was very laid back and took about 30 minutes. Two engineers interviewed me, and they basically went through my resume and asked about things that caught their eye, as well as my SAT scores. The style was conversational and I didn't really feel pressured at all. At the end they allowed me to ask any questions I had.
