Flexible hours. Latest software for MSOffice, Primavera, Acumen, etc. Hill University allows for continuing education.

Poor management with no business plan. Too many VPs and Sr. VPs who would rather put themselves on projects instead of allowing the employees at the cheaper rates and who are actual individual contributors to share some of the work. The company and it's senior members lack empathy. Cold hearted comes to mind.

    Advice to Management

Although you have very capable VPs, they should do what REAL VPs do and run departments by guiding their people to do well for them. Management should share the wealth and give good pay to support staff. Greed is a terrible vice.
