    Fellow Employees and supervisors are encouraging, positive, motivating, and helpful. Trainer is fantastic and truly gifted and skilled.

    Financially speaking you have the potential to become rich here. Just gotta get past the learning curve period and give it your all.


    Days without sales or with only 1 sale can be discouraging and break a positive mood and mindset quickly.

    Employees give up on themselves before the company gives up on them due to high pressure to meet a quota.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations in November 2014.

    Interview Details

    After applying online, I was contacted by phone call and then emailed links to complete with personality/skills assessment. I was then called for a 1 on 1 interview. I was offered the position a day later. You are then emailed an acceptance letter, and you need to provide information for a background check and complete a 13 step process for Hilton with disclosures, non compete information, dress code, and other typical information provided to new employees.
