    Weekly pay check, Paid holiday, resolves issue's in a timely manner, customer oriented

    Cons

    I don't get: paid time off, paid vacation, annual raises, bonuses, medical benefits, retirement plan or xmas parties

    Advice to Management

    Give incentives to consultants so they will stay
