    Pros

There is lots of freedom to test theories and practice engineering methodologies if you are friendly with your management and prove that you can handle the workload that is required.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Management should take more advice from the operator level and listen to what could be done to improve small scale things rather than trying to hit home-runs and tackle many larger projects.
