    Pros

Co-workers are always friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and deadlines are never unmanageable.

    Cons

Initial pay was low. Little room for growth.

Resume-first round-second round-final round. It was pretty fast only took 2 weeks to know the result. Supervisors are all educated MBA or Dr. they are very nice. It is very competitive tho I think over 200 people applied but only 2 got accepted.
