    Pros

This company offers the opportunity of International Experience, Down to Earth Business strategy
and stable organization that cares about its people.

    Cons

Very hierarchical structure. It is quite complicated to grow in the same department. Opportunities at medium to high level are scarce and are tend to be filled by people from outside or foreigners.
