    Pros

Great team atmosphere in a company building processes to improve values and quality of life while providing an unchallengeable service to its customers.

    Cons

Long hours and flight standard low

    Advice to Management

Look after the good people and don't expect them to accommodate for those that aren't to that standard - supplement the team to allow for quality of life for the others. Don't base performance trends on the best person.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Holland America (Seattle, WA).

    Interview

1 group interview 1 management interview LGBT intense interview environment, very few intelligent professionals in the group interview; management interview included a male who was very "by the book" - did not want to offer a position to me but the HR professional did. Management wants more professional people in the company obviously.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation. They offered, I accepted.
