cultural projects. lots of responsibility given to junior staff.
poor hiring practices. firm hires too many inexperienced people right out of school. no training in project management. little quality control by senior management which is a serious problem when junior staff are completing CD sets without a clue as to what they're drawing. arbitrary design process driven by whims of senior partner rather than methodical or rational analysis.
Advice to Management
Fork over the cash to hire experienced people and institute a quality control process of the documents.
