Clear expectations are set, help is always available and the product is the best in the market. Every single person I've met and worked with in the company (50-100 individuals) has been very friendly, professional and helpful. Great schedule and balance... especially for a sales position.
Traffic is pretty rough in every direction during rush hour. I read a few reviews about pay being too low....tough cookies. Negotiate for higher pay or find a better paying job elsewhere. If you aren't smart enough to figure that out, then you probably aren't worth what you are currently making.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week – interviewed at Home Buyers Warranty (Denver, CO) in March 2015.
Sat in a room with 2 hiring manager the One just sat there not quite sure what she was there for the other one blabbed non stop giving situations why you would not approve of claims seemed very shady like trying to find reasons to get out of helping the customers that bought into their service never once asked me anything about myself or my background seemed to just want to make sure that I had it in me to find ways out of them paying on their claims. After looking at reviews of the company online everything made perfect sense They say they want critical thinkers HA more like quick thinkers on ways to get out of paying on customers claims!!
