    Casual work environment; good relationships with colleagues and co-workers; able to work independently; paid vacation, holidays and personal business days


    Low salary and minimal merit increases; overtime was expected but salaried employees were not compensated; lack of adequate orientation and training; no cross-training

    Advice to Management

    It would be helpful if the managers and directors would offer training across departmental lines. Also, if salaried employees are expected to work overtime, some form of compensation needs to be given.
