    generous christmas bonus and anniversary gifts most of staff is legitimately friendly and good to residents clean, comfortable facility


    pay scale is skewed with entry level teenagers in dietary/grounds making $10/$13 respectively hourly and professionals w/degrees on the floor with residents only making $11.25. so the guy who cuts the grass earns more than the person who is dealing with residents/health codes/families/ADL's 40 hours a week... and the admin or salaried staff are earning 45-150K (DON) while other full timers earn 19k.

    Advice to Management

    have a consistent pay scale. offer more than a 26 cent yearly raise.
