    Pros

Very process oriented, lots of technology, lots of passion

    Cons

Very process oriented, many small companies integrated into the business but never completed integration as fully a part of the Honeywell family...a lot of us versus them.

    Advice to Management

Continue to push the benefits of a bigger Honeywell experience.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Honeywell.

    Interview

There was an on campus interview and an on-site interview. The on campus interview is pretty easy with a technical accounting question. The on-site interview has two parts. You'll get behavioral and technical accounting or finance questions.
