    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Honeywell full-time (Less than a year)

I work in Automation and Controls systems. We operate largely on an independent basis. The company gives a great deal of freedom in operations to the technician, ceding that the ground folks have a better idea of what is happening day to day. There is a well defined course structure and an amazing training center.

The company is very large so there is a lot of visibility. Even as a third tier generals often lay blame on us because we are the most prominent name on the ground.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the progressive approach, innovation breeds interest as well.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Trenton, NJ).

It was a very straight forward process that included a phone screen, technical and behavioral interviews. First I got contacted by an IT recruiter for the phone interview then after two weeks I was contacted by the IT manager, Functional manager and two Senior technical members of the team
