I have been working at Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone here is your family. They will take care of you and make sure that you deliver the peninsula standards properly. I am very lucky to have been part of such a sweet management who takes care of their employees.

    Cons

Make sure to keep your people always happy. Show leniency sometimes when a new employee made a mistake.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in The Peninsula, Manila. I can only hope and pray I can continue to work under your brand.
