    The best reason at the point is to get the experience and move-on.


    There's alot of mistrust. The office is divided because of deception and favortism. Unethical attorney's and staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would tell them that potential employees shows be told the truth about how this law firm is run, no leadership skills in management, no honesty, no communication. Make sure when you hire an office manager that she has had some experience or at least the attitude that she knows what she's doing. I would also tell management the person doing the actual job should be the person that gets the pay.
