    Helpful staff. Good orientation to school nursing.

    Cons

    Low, low pay compared with other staffing agencies who send RNs to the NYC and LI public schools. As much as $7 - $10 an hour difference for doing the exact same work. Check out some other agencies before signing with Horizon

    Advice to Management

    Raise the pay rates.
