    Electrical Engineer Interview

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days - interviewed at Hospira in March 2012.

    Interview Details

They were going around schools and had on-campus interviews. They gave a brief presentation the night before the interviews, then the next day they conducted all the interviews in one go. I met with three different people and got an offer form the third person I met.

At the time they were having difficulties with some of their plants and were hiring massive amounts of college graduates. This explains why me and so many of my classmates got offers so fast, but also explains why I had difficulties contacting them afterwards.

    Interview Questions
    • There really were no difficult questions. None of it was technical, it was mostly a judgement of character.   Answer Question
    Reasons for Declining

Once I got the offer, I didn't get any responses to the questions I had. They were hiring in batch and didn't seem too considered with converting their offers to employees. Ultimately the job wasn't for me.
