    I have been working at Houlihan's part-time (more than an year)


    great people. great food. great concept for a business. Great food and great staff. Allows the opportunity for the staff to move up in rank and is flexible.


    very disorganized. training isn't organized. new people train new people. extremely flexible for students or people with more than one job.

    needs better training options and the managers themselves need to be trained

    I applied in-person. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Houlihan's.

    Filled out a paper application and was contacted by phone to come in for a face-to-face interview. Met with the kitchen manager and front of house manager to discuss previous experiences, former employers, goals, etc.
