    Interview Details

At arrival it all seemed calm, we were asked to que in a part of the store and were given a chance to meet everyone who was being interviewed too. There were a large number of us and after we gathered we went upstairs to begin the process. At first, they tested us on brand knowledge and company history which is actually helpful as they ask you as a group as opposed to individually. You are then sat into groups of four, however we sat in groups of five where you present your ideas. Then your group and assessment tutor tackle your idea and try to get you explaining why your product is a good idea. The one to one interview all depends on who you have. My one was slightly nerve wracking as the woman who was interviewing was very persistent and direct with her questions. Make sure you come well prepared and do not panic as the general environment is actually calm and the assessment tutor is constantly monitoring you on body language. Good luck :)
