I worked at House of Fraser full-time (more than 8 years)Pros
Large company, household name, lovely products, like-minded colleagues. Possibilities of commission and bonuses depending on role or performance. Strong performer in the highstreet. Progression is possible and the training is being restructured. Opportunities are there, if you're driven enough to chase them yourself.Cons
Progression can be slow, often looking to hire externally rather than from within. Working in retail brings pitfalls such as long and antisocial working hours and banned holiday periods.RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEO

My 1:1 interview was set up for 3 days after and upon arrival I was given time to look around and then had a role play task i passed that and was then given feedback and an actual interview with the line manager.
The following morning I was called by a member of HR and offered a position.Interview Questions
