I have been working at House of Fraser part-time (More than 3 years)

Great casual place to work, can be very sociable, when you start to get recognise for your hard work and actually how good you are at the job you are given the training you are needed in order to climb into higher positions. rotas are done in advance so you can usually know when you are working, they are good with students and won't make you work a day that you physically can't.

staff can be power hungry, staff can be rude and make life hard for people they don't get along with meaning they can be unprofessional, management can favour people who they like more given them particular days off they want.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at House of Fraser.

I applied online and had to complete an online assessment, which included shop floor scenarios. After, I got invited to do a video interview, which was a bit awkward and I think I messed up because I did not get the job, however, you get to practice before you start, you have 10 seconds to think about the question and I think it was 30 seconds to answer (but I'm not sure). Received an e-mail about 2 weeks after saying I was unsuccessful.
