    Pros

    Excellent benefits and salary. Ability to advance as a secretary over the years. Coworkers were easy and fun to work with in a collaborative manner.

    Cons

    I understand things have changed somewhat, this does depend on who is in charge of your office as well as the entire system.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees to do the work for which they were hired. Don't try to micromanage everything yourself.
