    Pros

Very effective company. Terrific leadership with attention to detail and cares for employees. Great company culture. Typically top 3 rated radio or tv stations within the market. Either by market share or in revenue. Highly recommended.

    Cons

There aren't a whole lot for the company to improve on or negatives. It should be noted that there may be bad days but to remember it's one day in months worth of good days

    Advice to Management

Continue to think outside the box. Consider multiple research avenues (e.g., qualitative approaches) vs. analytics and quantitative research exclusively

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Hubbard Broadcasting.

    Interview

It was fairly brief - I came in once for an interview after an initial phone interview. I met with two managers to discuss their news product, and how I could help drive web traffic. They asked multiple questions about my previous newsroom - how we covered breaking news, and the social media platforms we used. There was also a lot of emphasis on the station's brand and maintaining branding across platforms.
