I have been working at Huddle House full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Very rich culture and excellent environment.

    Cons

Little bonuses for servers who work hard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less attention to details when it comes to rewarding servers for their hard work. Hope this gets fixed.

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Huddle House in November 2013.

    Interview Details

The interview went really well. The general manager with whom I had the interview acted very professional and the minute I walked in, I felt that the person has a great background and very experienced. The questions were mostly about my past experiences and situations where I had to make difficult decisions. Several other questions were mostly about management skills as well as cooking and serving tables and providing a good service.

    Interview Questions
    • One of the challenging questions I have been asked was if I ever have no cook, and no server, but I need to keep the restaurant open, what would be my decision and how would I take action?   View Answer

Working with Huddle House is a good experience. I personally don't get paid the right wage as a manager, but still I have good expectations and great hopes to succeed within the organization.
