I worked at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital (More than 5 years)
Fantastic co-workers; team work and managers compliment a good job well done. The small town patient care that makes the patients feel they are at a place that cares and wants the best for them. Well stocked supplies and up to date equipment that also gives the patients excellent care.
Hugh Chatham is in a small town so the high ups patent they are in a large city. The CEO/HR staff treats you as if you are replaceable. They only give raises to employees thats sucked up enough and that will keep secrets of what has happened to the doctors and the higher paid nurse managers.
Advice to Management
Stop playing favorites. Your not a elementary school teacher that gives little toys to the one who listens the best. Know that all the employees listen and got their Licenses and Certificates just the same as you. So please treat your employees as you would want to be treated because maybe one day you will have to face Karma.
