I worked at Human Arc full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The office environment is pleasant and my coworkers were the best people to have on your team. There is plenty of work and the team leaders are very supportive. The company is very generous with PTO/ Vacation Days.

    Cons

Team leaders are involved in a lot of meetings and it gives them less time to spend with their team members.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Human Arc.

    Interview Details

Constantly changing as in if you interviewed a month ago they have new questions now. HR is not up to snuff so hiring is set up to appear really rigorous but really it isnt. They rely on wonderlic like a lot of companies do but do not seem to utilize it.

You will do at least 2 phone interviews, then interview in person and do some computer tests, then come back in for another interview later. Once you start training (called onboarding) you are on a probationary period, depends on the position I think how long the probation period is lasting.

    Interview Questions
    • None - the typical "describe a time you failed" or "what are your greatest weaknesses" questions are asked but those are such useless questions.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
little to none - from what I can tell they are not flexible on hourly rates.
