I worked at Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs full-time (More than 8 years)
All Hungry Howie's locations are independently owned and operated so both pros and cons can be different based on the specific location. Hungry Howie's is a fun place to work and there is opportunity for advancement through the company, but generally only on the "store-level"
The only con about working at Hungry Howie's specifically is that there is no opportunity for advancement on the corporate level. I think it would be beneficial for corporate level management to know how the every day operations work on a personal level.
Advice to Management
The store level management should have more input in the corporate decisions of the store since they are the ones dealing with the product and the consumers on an every day level.
