    I worked at Hunt Construction full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Working for Hunt was a great experience. There is a real sense of camaraderie amongst employees and the projects something you are proud of.

    Cons

    Working for a large National contractor sometimes means travel. Travel can be difficult on families with school age children. They do their best to acommodate but are not always able to.

    Be more honest with employees.
