    Pros

    Great group of people. Always making you feel part of a family. I have definitely met some friends for life while working there.

    Cons

    Traveled a lot in this Obomer economy. At least they kept me employed. They used to take care of their people that traveled. Now the higher ups have cut everything and it usually costs you money and worst of all, you are away from family weeks at a time.

    Advice to Management

    If you are going to implement new things, train your people.Reward those that travel. Get rid of the fat in the upper management.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Hunt Construction Group.

    Interview

    I met with just Project Manager at the Job Site.And got hired on the stop after pretty much causal talk. Only a few real questions, It was very comfortable..They are a little mom and pop, which can be a good thing sometimes. I had to get a drug test which was kind of a pain because they didn't have all there ducks in a row on where i was exactly suppose to go. Other than that, It was pretty relaxed.
