    Pros

Good work/life balance and encourage all staff to train and motivate you to apply internally to new roles and and move between different industries. As long as you do a good job, you have a good chance of advancing in your career.

    Cons

As it is a Conglomerate some of the decisions take time to be taken and put in place and some of the guidelines tend not to be flexible into working flexi time.
