    Pros

Nice environment. Interesting work and great location.

    Cons

Joe (CTO) was one of the founders and unfortunately is still there. Runs the place like he still owns it. Thinks he know everything and doesn't even know how stubborn he really is. He does not respect his people and cares about nothing only profit and 'ship it'.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    replace Joe Cargnelli.
