I have been working at Hyphen full-time (more than a year)

None, they are a bunch of con merchants. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

The "Hyphen Experience" is the worst of both worlds. They are a recruitment agency [not a consultancy] looking to put charge you out as a consultant, but only put you on a limited, not full, permanent contract i.e. they will charge you out a consultant on a temporary assignment, but not pay you as a consultant. At least with Accenture/PwC etc. you get some career progression and shares/stock, where with these guys you may only work for them for a year and then nothing. They get paid a lot and you are left looking for another role. FYI they are really Adecco Group/Spring IT!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to be what you are not and stop conning your clients and contractors/employees!

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Hyphen in October 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied for a role a few months ago, received an email and than the contact stayed out from the internal recruiter. Now a few months later i applied for another role through hyphen and i was contacted by the same recruiter. We had an initial conversation and my cv would be sent to the hiring manager at their client that day. I called back a few days after for the status and was told there was no feedback yet. Tried to email a few days after that again and never received a reply or phone call. Contact just get's ignored. Very very bad for your career to work with this guys. I would not trust them with your cv as you never know what happens behind the scenes.
