Pay was good at first but with each new owner, wages and benefits were reduced. Early hours to late in the day. not unusual to work 60 plus hours per week.
Advice to Management
Robert Fishbein is no longer the CEO and that's a good thing. He single-handedly took a company with great people and replaced them with people who would do his bidding. He had no concept of business professionalism, he lacked integrity, and a sense of loyalty.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days – interviewed at I&K Distributors (Richfield, OH) in September 2008.
The hiring and interview process involved talking to the branch manager and filling out an application.the interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and involved talking about work history and how the actual work day would entail being on a truck delivering products to accounts and how a class B license would be necessary to perform this job.
- Most difficult question involved the physical nature of the job and what you would do to move in to a sales position. Answer Question
