    - Free product after 2 week of employment.

    - Managers lie to employees and don't live up to the agreements they made during interviews.
    - Mandatory 10 hour work days.
    - Healthcare (Obamacare) is very expensive and cost about 1/4 your salary.
    - No 401k or retirement plans.
    - Very minimum in vacation, far below the national average. Company would rather you take no-pay days then go on vacation.
    - Management isn't organised

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company need to have morals, values, and integrity. I think that they should live up the agreements made during the interview process and not weasel themselves out of their agreements using lawyers and legal documents.

    Interview Details

They use websites and headhunters to find people for their positions. This company has many ways of finding talent. They are looking for big ten schools and art schools for bachelor's degrees. Interviews are short and to the point, they don't waste time. The company is looking for cheap labor and the willingness to excel at the job for the amount they pay you. They say they want you to grow, and expect you to grow on your own.
