    The best way to improve customer service skills. Well trained. Everytime something new comes up immediately get trained.

    Cons

    Sometimes they put lot of pressure on you to get things correct. Instead of working out as a team.

    Hiring process was basic. There weren't many questions asked. I truly believe that the majority of their hiring process was based on demeanor, personality, and pleasantness, which is what any customer service job hould be primarily based upon.
