I worked at IHS as an intern (less than a year)

Was fairly easy work for an internship, worked as a product support specialist and essentially had to assist customers with issues dealing with one of the company's products

Didn't seem challenging enough, reminded me more of simple administrative works and tasks, was a temporary summer internship

The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at IHS.

Pre-interview contact was done via email. In-person interviews were conducted with hiring manager, department head, and several department colleagues. All interviews were done in one day over a 3 hour period, which was fine with me. I would have liked to see the office environment during my visit, but was put in a conference room close to the entrance. A separate on-boarding department, not the hiring manager, makes the offer and discusses salary and benefits. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
