I worked at IHS as an intern (less than a year)RecommendsRecommends
Was fairly easy work for an internship, worked as a product support specialist and essentially had to assist customers with issues dealing with one of the company's products
Didn't seem challenging enough, reminded me more of simple administrative works and tasks, was a temporary summer internship

I would have liked to see the office environment during my visit, but was put in a conference room close to the entrance. A separate on-boarding department, not the hiring manager, makes the offer and discusses salary and benefits. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
- Questions focused on reviewing work experience in detail, as well as several scenario-based questions to uncover how I would handle issues. Answer Question
