    Pros

    Learned a lot of technology from the existing products. The top management team is open to accept any good suggestions and willing to release company financial informations

    Cons

    Need experience to start the job. Won't have change to get sufficient training from the job. The employees changes their job quite frequently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    ILX is a nice place to work. The employees and managers are friendly to work with. Willing to come back to Bozeman if possible.
