I have been working at IMA Corporation full-time (more than a year)Pros
Relatively flat organization, no big heierarchy or sense of "old boys" club like other brokers. It's employee owned. Just a general good feeling about this place- I feel valued. Good clients, and they are selective. Complimentary Starbucks with barista onsite is a great perk, as well as the location next to union station.Cons
Internal process keep this place from running efficiently. They won't give me access to the certificate system- instead it's a huge process to find out if a certificate was even issued- too bad because this is a key deliverable and service point to our clients.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Update internal agency system, and replace the certificate processing infrastructure. Focus more on client service instead of falling back on "legal says we can't do it"RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

Very long process, over 5 months. It took a lot of persistence on my part to keep the ball rolling. The in-person interview was challenging. 5 hours, 5 different interview sessions, 2 presentations, 1 analytical exercise. Everyone was very professional, seems like a great company to work for.Interview Questions
