Jay has done a great job of turning around the company from where it was before he came. There have been departures at the executive level which may look bad to investors, but the change has been positive. New management are driving towards a more strategic, innovative culture that will produce results. It's a different strategy, that should attract a different class of investor.

We need more people in the company who have a background in surgical medical device product development.

We need to work more closely with surgeons during product development.

We need to improve our reputation with investors/industry.

    Advice to Management

Please review each person in the organization, identify the true leaders, and give them the formal leadership opportunities to help you drive this company towards profitability and commercial success. Reorg now, past performance is the best indicator of future results. There are many who are passionate and working hard to make IMRIS a $8/share stock again, but there are also some who are weighing down the organization with their negativity, lack of clinical knowledge, lack of industry knowledge, lack of teamwork, and lack of optimism. Please do not let the latter drive away the former.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at IMRIS in August 2014.

What a joke. I interviewed for a position that was already offered to someone else. Thanks for wasting my time!
My first interviewer was good.....took about 1.5 hrs to tour and discuss. The second guy that was supposed to be with him shows up 1.5 hrs late ....just ehhh....he blew it off like nothing happened. Then the HR gal comes in to tell us the job had been offered to someone else. Get your heads in the game make yourselves look VERY unprofessional!!

    Interview Questions

    • Would you consider interviewing for another position?

NO....not after being treated like that in the first interview....and after seeing how different departments "work" together. They seemed very dysfunctional.
