Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The International Securities Exchange Holdings (ISE) believes in a society in which all businesses are active promoters of employee health and wellbeing, trailblazers in educating the workforce of the next generation, leaders in philanthropic activities, good stewards of the environment, and supporters of local culture and the arts.
Building off of the long-term commitment and leadership of our parent company, Deutsche Börse Group, to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ISE has developed a CSR Program that represents an ongoing commitment to our employees, customers, community and environment. ISE will engage in activities that will have measurable impacts in the following pillars of our CSR Program: our Employees, Education, Philanthropy, the Environment, and Culture / Arts.
PARTNERSHIP WITH RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE NEW YORK
In honor of our 10th anniversary in 2010, ISE launched a formal Corporate Social Responsibility program. One of the biggest components of our CSR program is our partnership with Ronald McDonald House New York. Each year, our employees and members participate in activities that support the House including house dinners, Wish List Drives, events and more.
ISE hosts quarterly dinners for children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House New York. Our employees volunteer to serve dinner and sponsor an activity with the kids. Their favorite activity is decorating cookies.
Members and ISE employees participate in several Wish List Drives held throughout the year. We collect items that families need most including toiletries, clothing, and gift cards.
Employees and their families have participated in various Ronald McDonald House NY sponsored events such as their Annual Gala and Fun Run, all designed to raise money for the House. ISE has also created our own fundraisers in order to support House trips and activities.
SUPPORTING THE HOUSE
ISE – with the help of its employees, members and the options industry – has made various donations to support the rebuilding and upkeep of the House itself including a playroom and music room. In 2010, ISE donated the profits from that year’s OIC Conference to the House so that they could build another guest room for a family in need. That room was dedicated to and named after the entire options industry.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at ISE in September 2014.
The process involved meeting with several peers and hiring management. Parts of the interview were focused on detailed technical questions related to designs, configuration management as well as troubleshooting. If you answer the first portion of the questions correctly, the next management related questions are standard related to how you work with teams and peers. As well as reasons why you are seeking new/different employment.
