IT Convergence is the premier, global provider of Oracle enterprise solutions. Our mission is to improve business processes through better use of technology, which we do through our consulting, development, education, hosting and support services. Based in North America, we have a global business presence in India, China, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, allowing us serve clients globally. Since 1998, IT Convergence has successfully partnered with 600 companies in over 50 countries.
We have a saying at IT Convergence, “We Take Our Own Medicine.” That means that we’re not just Oracle service providers, we’re also Oracle end-users. We began this in 2004 with our implementation of Oracle Financials. Implementations of Oracle HRMS, Oracle Project, and various components of Oracle CRM followed in succeeding years.
In 2009 IT Convergence completed its internal upgrade to Oracle R12 making us one of the first companies in Latin America to successfully upgrade to R12.
IT Convergence continues down this path today. In January 2012 we joined the Oracle’s Oracle Fusion Applications Early Adopter program, and we’re implementing core Fusion Applications Financials as well as Human Capital Management. We’re following suggested “co-existence strategy” path which means that we continue to maintain and upgrade our current Oracle E-Business Suite Applications. In fact, we’re one of a select group of companies that Oracle has selected as R12.2 Beat Testers.
“Taking Our Own Medicine” serves twin purposes. First, using Oracle internally has delivered concrete benefits across all lines of business. Second, going out and adapting these solutions ourselves puts us in a unique position to offer insights to our clients in a way that few others can match.
