    Pros

Great job to start off at after graduating. I met a lot of friends here that I still keep in touch with after leaving.

    Cons

Can tend to get clique-y and sometimes feel like a sorority. If you're not in with your supervisor, good-luck getting promoted.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at ITN Networks (New York, NY) in May 2015.

    Interview

I got the interview by contacting one of the employees at the company, and HR emailed me back quickly. I then called back and arranged a date. The first interview was with two individuals and lasted an hour. I was then called back for a second interview with someone higher up and was informally offered a job. Less than a week later I was offered a position with a starting salary of $35k. Simple questions and simple interview.
