    Pros

Good people. Flexible environment. The company pays a good portion of health benefits but the coverage is just okay. The retirement plan is excellent and PTO is generous.

    Cons

There is limited advancement potential both in promotion and financial gain. No incentive pay or bonuses. Promotions and raises are given without explanation. No review of performance to merit promotion or raises.
