    work life balance, great people, good location. dedication to cultural improvement, weekly open meetings, some interesting clients (the biggest name in retail)

    Cons

    parent company, frightened "lifer" employees who are angry and probably ought to move on. Lack of innovation, slow pace, no new products in years,
